My need to help others was born of my need to gain control of my own health issues. Severe symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis led me on a path to learn nutrition and to become a health coach. My interest in Eastern philosophy and medicine led me to study Reiki, or the Japanese practice of "universal life energy."

The more I learned about health and wellness, the more control over my symptoms I had and the less I needed traditional medicine and care to be well. I decided to help others in the same way I helped myself: to live a healthy life through nutrition, lifestyle, exercise, music, and spiritual nourishment.

I am a 2015 graduate of Institute for Integrative Nutrition and certified in Usui Reiki for levels I, II, III, and IV. I offer a full line of nutrition services, life coaching, energy work, and sound healing.

Musician, Vocal Coach, Piano Instructor

Everyone is a creator. My love for all kinds of music developed into learning the piano and becoming a musician, singer, and songwriter. I am a classically trained Mezzo Soprano and experienced in every genre from opera to today's pop. I have taught piano and have been a vocal instructor for the past 17 years. I want others to find inspiration, hope, light, and healing through my music.
